The Photographer
The story
behind the lens
Hey, I'm Dévon Smith, a portrait, editorial, event, and commercial photographer based in Atlanta, and the face behind Devision Photos. My work is rooted in intentionality and visual storytelling, with a deep appreciation for the small details that bring people's stories to life.
Growing up Caribbean American and surrounded by Atlanta's vibrant communities, I was constantly inspired by the people around me, their culture, their energy, and the stories they carry. Photography became my way of honoring those narratives and helping others see themselves in a new light.
When you work with me, my goal is to make the experience feel like spending the day with your favorite cousin at the family reunion, familiar, joyful, and completely seen. And when you receive your final images, I want you to feel like you're looking at the best version of yourself, captured with care, clarity, and purpose.
